I am a facilitator and an expert in learning design. I aim to assist you in innovating your learning journey, enabling you to promote positive changes in your workplace and succeed professionally!

For over 20 years, I have been engaged in various organizational development roles, such as Head of Human Resources Development, Head of Planning and Head of Strategy.

As an educationalist and pedagogue, I perceive change as an opportunity for personal growth and learning. I am curious and passionate about working with people, development, and creating change.

With over 15 years of experience as a facilitator, my facilitation and coaching expertise spans from extensive organizational development projects to theme workshops and executive mentoring. In recent years, I have particularly focused on developing various virtual workshop concepts, catering to both small and large groups exceeding 100 participants.

My areas of expertise include future and strategic work, developing operational guidance, change management, as well as the development of work culture, skills, and innovation activities.
