I have over 20 years of experience in various organizational development roles, such as a Head of personnel development and Head of strategy.
I have over 15 years of experience as a facilitator. My facilitation and coaching experience ranges from large-scale organizational development projects to thematic workshops and management sparring. In particular, over the past years, I have developed various virtual workshop concepts for small workshops as well as workshops for more than 100 people.
