Meet Emmi – a passionate developer and experienced facilitator

Emmi has over 25 years of experience in organizational development, leadership and learning. Her background includes HR development and strategic planning, as well as designing and facilitating a wide range of development processes.

Emmi's strength lies in combining strategic thinking, creative methods and a hands-on approach. She helps people explore new perspectives, find a shared direction and turn insights into practical action.

With a Master's degree in Education and a background in pedagogy, Emmi brings curiosity and enthusiasm to everything she does. She believes in learning together, open dialogue and the power of bringing people's knowledge and experiences together to create better solutions.
